Step 1: Connect Your Google Sheet

Copy your Google Sheet link where student progress will be saved, and paste it into the Sheet Link input box inside the tool below. Then click Connect Sheet.

Step 2: Enter Institution Details

• Idara Name: Your madrassa / school name
• Ustaad Name: Teacher’s name
• Class Timing: e.g., 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Step 3: Add Student Progress

• Student Name
• WhatsApp Number (for sharing)
• Current Sabaq
• Performance / Points
• Special Notes (if any)

Step 4: Generate Reports

After filling the information, click Generate & Save Report. You can copy the report, send it via WhatsApp, or save it directly to your connected Google Sheet.
